We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.

  • This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers and subscription renewals.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the charge date.
  • No questions asked – simply contact our support team to request your refund.

2. Statutory Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. During this period, you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund.

Important Notice

If you have used the Service during the cooling-off period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services received up to the point of cancellation. By using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose part of your right to a full refund.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction.
  • We cannot refund to a different payment method than the one used for purchase.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time (except within the 14-day guarantee period).
  • Your account will automatically convert to the free tier after cancellation.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

9. Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers with custom agreements should refer to their specific contract terms regarding refunds and cancellations. Standard refund policies may not apply to enterprise contracts.
